Your Responsibilities:

Your key mission is to facilitate the productivity of internal stakeholders - from Customer Support and Sales to Marketing and Finance - by building the tools, automations, and workflows they need to thrive:

  • You develop full-stack internal tools that boost productivity across the company.
  • You create in-house solutions like dashboards, automated workflows, and system connections to support teams throughout the company, from Business Development and Support to Customer Care and Analytics.
  • You own your projects end-to-end within productivity engineering.
  • You work closely with internal stakeholders to map their workflows, pain points, and tool requirements.
  • You design communication workflows that push timely insights and notifications through Slack, Discord, and Email.
  • You remove bottlenecks and build tools tailored to the needs of non-technical teams.
  • You take on strategic and operational ownership of the development in close collaboration with the CEO and business leads.
  • You design internal permissioning, audit, and error-reporting systems for critical flows.
  • You create guides so teams can self-serve.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in the development of internal tools in roles like BizOps, Productivity Developer, or Internal Platform developer.
  • Experienced in building MVPs, test them, iterate them end-to-end.
  • Expert in REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Have worked with webhooks and background jobs.
  • Proficient in React.
  • Experienced in delivering real-time analytics and alerts while building internal dashboards, CRMs, workflow automations, bots, and system integrations.
  • Have built tools that talk to CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), analytics (BigQuery, Amplitude), ticketing (Intercom, Zendesk), billing (Stripe, Chargebee), or similar.
  • Possess strong business curiosity and are able to make technical decisions guided by business outcomes.
  • Enjoy transforming abstract concepts into practical tools.
  • Ability to go beyond traditional development by exploring new business domains (finance, sales, BI) to build better solutions.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Thrive in a remote work setting and ensure visibility across teams.
  • Able to present your complete experience in a CV no longer than two pages.
