To support this transformation, we are looking for an Internal Systems Product Owner who will lead the architecture, implementation, and optimization of our core internal systems infrastructure, focusing on the strategic deployment of Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM. This role will be critical in ensuring that our financial, sales, and operational systems capture the data and metrics required to support scalable growth and data-driven decision-making across the organization. The position is fully remote (Ukraine / Eastern Europe). What you will do Own and lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM modules. Work closely with Finance, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to define system requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications for the development team. Design and implement reporting frameworks and dashboards that capture SaaS, financial, sales, and operational KPIs. Ensure that all internal systems support the company’s transition to a metrics-driven operational model. Manage and mentor a team of three internal specialists, prioritizing tasks and driving execution. Oversee the stability, data integrity, and reliability of financial and sales systems. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency through additional software tools. What you will need 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM (required). 5+ years of professional experience working with financial systems, CRM systems, system consulting, or technical product management. Strong understanding of how financial processes (AP/AR, General Ledger, Consolidation) and sales processes (pipeline management, sales activity tracking) are structured within ERP systems. Experience designing reporting systems for SaaS sales and operational KPIs. Experience leading projects or managing small teams. Strong professional English communication skills (written and spoken). As an advantage Experience working in Fintech or SaaS environments. Experience implementing metrics-driven reporting frameworks. Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools.
