Description

As we expand our Operations team, we are looking for an ambitious recruitment consultant to join our Canadian branch of the company. You will support the growth of the company by hiring IT experts across a variety of positions and will be responsible for delivering efficient administration support, working closely with our existing internal recruitment team, UK office manager and hiring managers across the business. This role will oversee new employee onboarding, candidate screening processes, and the management of office equipment and supplies.
We are a software consultancy, who provide highly skilled consultants to support client business needs. Test Driven Solutions have had a successful start, with our consultants working across green/brown field projects using the latest cutting-edge technologies.
We work within private and public sectors, including financial services, government, healthcare, property, education, transport, gaming and renewable energy organisations. We are continuously growing as a business, with new client wins and an internal project on-going.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for sourcing top talent candidates for internal vacancies.
  • Organising interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Interview preparation, feedback and salary negotiation.
  • Supporting the onboarding process of new employees.
  • Ensure new hires have the necessary tools, systems access, and equipment prior to their start date.
  • Support in pre-employment screening (reference checks, right-to-work verification, background checks where applicable).
  • Posting advertisements and highlighting company updates.
  • Leverage social media channels to build relationships.
  • Attending meet-ups to keep up to date with the industry and promoting TDS at events.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Data entry and processing.
  • Procuring new office supplies and equipment.
