JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Internal Technical Sales Executive at Fränkische, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business sales while ensuring the satisfaction of existing customer accounts. As the primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, your focus will be on delivering a high-quality customer service experience. Your responsibilities will extend to seamless collaboration with our external sales force, warehouse, and credit control teams.

WHAT SKILLS WILL YOU HAVE?

  • Strong administration skills with a meticulous approach to their work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer orientated with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Microsoft Office literate with experience in all programmes.
  • Experience of Sage 50 will be advantageous but full training will be given.
Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer enquiries and strive to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Produce quotations and material take-offs from building plans.
  • Collaborate effectively with external sales teams, warehouse, and credit control to ensure streamlined order processing.
  • Following up sales opportunities and quotes.
  • Accurately record information on our CRM system to facilitate smooth progress from initial contact to product delivery.
  • Provide outstanding technical after-sales service to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Establish and nurture strong working relationships with key accounts.
  • Offer reliable technical advice on the range of products offered by Fränkische.
