ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales, networking, and building relationships? We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Internal Telesales Executive to join our team in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
In this role, you’ll use a mix of traditional telesales techniques and digital engagement—such as LinkedIn messaging and social media interaction—to generate new business opportunities. You’ll be a key player in driving growth for one of the region’s leading logistics providers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls to prospective business clients to introduce PAB Logistics services
  • Initiate and maintain outreach via LinkedIn messaging and other social media platforms to engage new prospects
  • Follow up on inbound leads and develop strong relationships with potential and existing customers
  • Understand client needs and promote tailored transport and logistics solutions
  • Book appointments and sales meetings for the external business development team
  • Maintain accurate records and activities within the CRM system
  • Work to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
  • Support marketing efforts by nurturing leads from digital campaigns and tracking interactions
