EY- GDS – Internal Transformation Services Manager Our team of seasoned consulting professionals is dedicated to driving internal transformation programs that are vital to EY’s strategic ambitions. The opportunity We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Business Consultant to join our dynamic team within ITS (Internal Transformation Services), part of EY’s GDS Enablement Services. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance and expert advice to EY Global Executive Leadership in project management, change management, and design thinking. Your extensive experience in these areas will be essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead transformative projects, and drive organizational growth and innovation. We work closely with EY's most senior global partners to navigate complex challenges and seize opportunities, ensuring alignment with EY’s overarching goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of at least some of the following areas: project management methodologies, change management principles, and design thinking frameworks, complemented by exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Your key responsibilities: Collaborate with Executive Leadership to align on business objectives and leverage strong leadership skills to guide teams toward successful outcomes. Manage and engage senior stakeholder relationships at CxO, Partner, and Functional Head levels to drive project success. Conduct rapid assessments of stakeholder landscapes, providing insights that refine their current state and accelerate action. Bring diverse perspectives to transformations, incorporating market trends and innovative ideas to enhance data-driven decision-making. Utilize analytical and problem-solving abilities, maintaining a strategic mindset and attention to detail in all initiatives. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by developing and implementing innovative ideas that enhance organizational effectiveness. Conduct comprehensive analyses of organizational processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and transformation. Provide strategic recommendations and actionable plans to enhance business performance and drive transformation initiatives. Develop roadmaps for implementing project management, organizational change management, and design thinking initiatives. Manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Foster effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Develop and implement change management strategies that support organizational transformation and drive adoption. Experience in consulting for global organizations/Big 4 Deep knowledge and strong expertise in at least one of the following areas: Project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and their practical application in various contexts. Change management principles, models, and methodologies, with hands-on experience leading change initiatives. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences. Advance level in English (C1). Ideally, you’ll also have Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Agile, Scrum master, Change Management certification, or Design Thinking certification are highly desirable. Master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field will be a plus. Design thinking experience, understanding of frameworks and tools, with the ability to apply them effectively to address complex business challenges.
