About the role: The Account Director plays a central role in leading client relationships, driving strategic thinking, and delivering complex multi-channel healthcare communication campaigns. This role blends project leadership, client and business development, and team management. The Account Director is responsible for the growth and profitability of their accounts, working collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure effective, compliant, and impactful campaigns. Key Responsibilities Client Management Act as the lead contact for a portfolio of global clients and brands, ensuring strong, proactive, and solution-focused relationships. Apply strategic thinking to deliver against client objectives. Lead key strategic workstreams, including client workshops. Adapt communication style for diverse internal and external audiences, including senior stakeholders. Commercial Understand agency operations to build robust omnichannel Statements of Work (SOWs). Manage a significant annual revenue target, supporting your team to meet monthly objectives and contributing to agency profitability. Grow account value through organic opportunities and value-added services. Lead new business pitches in collaboration with agency teams to drive growth. Agency Work independently with your client services team to deliver global omnichannel campaigns across multiple channels. Support senior leadership on new business opportunities and strategic initiatives. Mentor junior team members, fostering their development through both formal and informal guidance Skills & Experience Creative agency experience 10–15 years Healthcare experience extremely beneficial but not mandatory Line management responsibilities for a large client services team Leading clients at a global level across various timezones Evidence working across creative, digital and production disciplines Travel may be required (travel restrictions will be adhered to) Native/bilingual English is essential due to the international nature of the business Omnicom Health is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
