Description
Purpose/Job Function:   The International Account Manager is responsible for the timely and accurate movement of freight and timely exchange of documentation and information, while providing exceptional customer service within Global Services Export team.     Essential Functions:   · Planning and execution of shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance in origin and destination locations.  · Document preparation and completion.  · Customer communication of key timelines.  · Arranging deliveries and subsequent invoice processing data in global transportation management system.   · Providing customer support, liaising with: vendors, suppliers, agents and government agencies to facilitate the export objective.   · Accurate accounting and timely communication with a great customer experience.  · Works to identify and resolve exceptions in a proactive fashion.   · Resolves issues respective to meeting client requirements such as data input and general customer service inquiries related to tracking and tracing.   · Resolves billing discrepancies and discrepancies against client SOP's.      Education/Experience:   · Certified Export Specialist certification  · Experience in OFAC, ITAR, ECCN/EAR99 classifications  · Multi-lingual  · Hazardous Materials experience  · Cross-border (CANADA/MEXICO) experience  · Out-of-gauge experience
