Polyestershoppen is a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in composite materials, epoxy, polyester, and coatings. With a dedicated in-house team, we handle everything ourselves: production, logistics, marketing, and customer service. Today, over 30% of our revenue comes from international markets, with France and Germany being our strongest growth areas.
To strengthen our international ambitions, we are looking for an International Account Manager who is fluent in French and English and enjoys building strong relationships with customers.

Your role

• Advise international customers (mainly in French, but also regularly in English) about our products. You will receive full training in our product range.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Manage and grow relationships with key business accounts – you are their go-to person.
• Work closely with our marketing team to help design and execute campaigns (banners, videos, online actions, etc.).
• Actively contribute ideas to improve our international service.

What we are looking for

• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written). Dutch is a plus, but not required.
• Commercial mindset – you enjoy building and maintaining relationships.
• Customer-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility for helping customers well.
• Interest in learning about technical products and applications (no prior knowledge required).
• Proactive, communicative, and motivated to be part of a small, ambitious team.

What we offer

• A salary between €2,600 and €3,250 gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on your experience.
• Possibility to work 32, 36, or 40 hours per week.
• Hybrid working: after your training period, you can work from home 1 day per week.
