Description
WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT
Master’s degree in business administration, engineering or similar
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in technical sales
Ability to influence, motivate, and create relationships at all levels with strong focus on results and value creation
Strong communication skills and team orientation with ability to coordinate projects with internal stakeholders, commercially and technically
Willingness to travel in Europe and to work remotely
Fluent in German and English, other languages like Swedish, Dutch or Italian would be a plus
Responsibilities
Regular customer meetings to review performance and align initiatives to achieve the targets and strengthen network with all relevant business partners to create new leads/projects
Responsible for driving all demands and be the first point of contact of all functions within the customers in Nordics, Germany and UK
Responsible for profitable sales development of the respective business for Nonwovens and Tissue & Towel
Analyze customer adhesive potential and competition activities and Lead & initiate contacts at plants, R&D, quality, purchasing, logistics, marketing, management level
Define and present ambitious and achievable yearly plans
Elaborate and negotiate successful approaches to develop the business
Stay in close contact and exchange with the functions like AE, PD, PLM, Marketing, Management to drive profitable growth strategy in the region.
Regular tracking of business drivers and discover gaps and opportunities in performance (Turnover, Profitability, Product Mix) and define counter-measures in case of discrepancies
