Job Purpose
Develop and maintain International Cooperation efforts of ENEC to establish new relationships and strengthen current ties with organizations of relevance and interest to ENEC in and out of the UAE.
Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability
International Cooperation Management

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Prepare MOU’s and agreements and working with partners, government agencies, ministries and related agencies to ensure the best interest of the enterprise in all MOUs & agreements we participate in.
• Establish and maintain cooperation agreements/cooperation with the third countries in accordance of ENEC’s project needs.
• Arrange visits and MOUs ceremonies to publicize ENEC’s achievements and international relationships.
• Implement and develop current procedures and forms to maintain and document the department’s performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments and international partners to ensure the International Cooperation yearly plan is achieved by increasing the utilization of the current and future MOUs and agreements that the enterprise participate in.International Cooperation Strategy

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Develop reports about the current effective MOUs and nuclear sector
• Cooperate with SPME division for strategy alignment of the countries, demand, requirements, benchmarking with other departments as per Excellence frameworkInternational Cooperation Visits & Workshops

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Participate in frequent visits and workshops both locally and internationally with agencies and corporations to support successful International Cooperation.
• Be the point of contact for all International Cooperation activities, both inside and outside UAEInternational Cooperation Planning, Execution & Monitoring

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Execution and monitoring of MOU’s and agreements to ensure successful implementation and reporting.
• Develop and prepare monthly update to International Agreements Mind Map to capture all agreements.
• Ensure accurate tracking and recording of all MOUs and agreements under ENEC to ensure validity and utilization
• Monitor active international cooperation agreements to ensure its validity, payment completion and renewal
• Plan possible future agreements and MOUs with internal and external stakeholders to support ENEC project delivery as neededHealth and Safety, Security, and Business Continuity

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• All individuals take personal responsibility for safety; follow company HSE policies, procedures and instructions; avoid complacency and continuously challenge existing conditions and activities in order to identify discrepancies that might result in error or in appropriate action; report any situation that could present a hazard; not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided at the workplace in the interest of health, safety, welfare or protection or management of the environment.
• Follow all relevant Security policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure security compliance in all aspects of work, by applying them on self, others and corporate assets.

• Follow all relevant Business Continuity and Resilience requirements for compliance with, and adherence to, policies, procedures and instructions related to the effective planning for, and response to, incidents and/or business disruptions in order to continue critical business processes and activities with minimal adverse impact.

Professional Certifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communication technology, Applied Media Studies, or relevant discipline.
Experience
3 years relevant experience
