Responsibilities

Working as part of our International Marketing and Communications team based within our busy International Office at our Chelmsford campus, the delivery of our enquiries service is a key part of our student conversion activities. Working as part of a team in a friendly and supportive environment, you will be responsible for handling enquiries from international enquirers, applicants and offer holders as well as our partners working in-country.
You will have two A Levels or vocational qualifications at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. You will provide excellent support and advice to prospective students through email, social channels and third-party platforms. To do this you will work closely with our recruitment and admissions team, and support admin processes, events, and marketing activities. Ideally you will have experience of working in higher education or a customer service role.
