Job Title: International Audiobook Content Program Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW

BEPC is seeking an International Audiobook Content Program Manager to lead global content acquisition for our client’s international audiobook and podcast expansion. In this role, you will drive the prospecting, negotiation, and execution of high-volume content deals with international authors, agents, publishers, and IP holders. This position is central to expanding the client’s reach into new, untapped markets and will collaborate across departments to bring exclusive content to global audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research publishing trends and rights availability in international markets.
• Identify and engage potential content partners in emerging global territories.
• Lead content acquisition negotiations and manage contractual terms.
• Ensure successful post-signing content integration with internal stakeholders.
• Create data-driven proposals, budgets, and business cases for new content deals.
• Serve as the content team liaison with cross-functional groups including Editorial, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
• Maintain accurate deal tracking and enforce contract compliance.
• Write clear, concise internal documents to support strategic initiatives.
