Location: Surrey (3 days in office, 2 at home) The office is conveniently located and accessible by public transport from London Bridge or Victoria

Are you a proven B2B advertising sales professional with a passion for clean energy? We are pleased to be representing a highly respected international organisation and are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic International Sales Executive to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a leading specialist B2B journal in the fields of clean renewable energy. Your role will be to drive sales for both print and online advertising, as well as secure exhibition space and sponsorships for global events. The journal is a vital resource for the industry, publishing a wide range of content including research papers, descriptive case studies, project updates, business and financial news, and policy papers.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven Sales Experience: We are seeking a sales professional with a solid track record in B2B media or advertising sales. You must have demonstrated experience in selling display advertisements or similar media and be confident in managing the full sales cycle.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality is essential for building rapport with international clients.
  • Industry Interest: A genuine interest in renewable energy will help you succeed.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills are required for building relationships with a global audience.
  • Location: This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of three days a week in the Surrey office. Therefore, UK residency within a commutable distance is necessary.
  • Languages: While not essential, the ability to speak another European language would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Driving Revenue: Proactively sell a range of advertising solutions, including display and classified ads, banner ads, and company listings.
  • Building Partnerships: Manage the sales process for exhibition stands and sponsorships for the company’s international events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse, international client base.
  • Database Administration: Help maintain and update the company’s client database and industry guide.
  • Global Travel: Attend two international exhibitions each year to support on-site sales efforts.
