Your mission La Business Unit International opere en 100 pays, entre filiales directes et distributeurs, et commercialise tout le portefeuille des Laboratoires Pierre Fabre en dermo- cosmétique et produits médicaux. Au sein de la direction HR vous aiderez : 1) à mettre en œuvre un nouveau modèle d'organisation globale et à identifier les compétences requises pour sa mise en œuvre. Vous piloterez le plan de changement et la communication. 2) la politique de talents definir pour l'IBU avec en priorité le développement de la diversité et de la dimension internationale 3) suivi du plan d'engagement et analyse des enquêtes internes Who you are ? Le stagiaire a une formation en business ou Gestion des ressources humaines et une très bonne maitrise de la langue anglaise qui est la langue de travail.
