Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a must.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in International Business Development, B2B Sales, or Key Account Management.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with global clients and international markets.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven business strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, business analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel internationally when required.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive international sales and market expansion.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with key clients and distributors in the UK, US, and Europe.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align business objectives and deliver customized solutions.
  • Represent the company in international meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Adapt to different time zones (UK, US, and Europe) to ensure seamless business operations.
