We are looking for an entrepreneurial personality who, together with our Sales Office in the Netherlands, will be responsible for building and expanding our market presence in Europe.

  • 10+ years of experience in the wholesale and/or installation market (fire safety background is a strong plus).
  • Proven success in business acquisition and driving sales growth.
  • Commercially sharp with an excellent understanding of the professional B2B market.
  • Strong technical mindset with the ability to translate solutions into customer value.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German and/or French is a strong advantage.
  • Independent, structured, and KPI-driven with a clear results focus.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As International Business Development Manager Europe, you will be the driving force behind our European growth in fire safety and eTRV (electronic thermostatic radiator valve) solutions. From your remote base (Netherlands or Germany), you will build relationships with major wholesalers, installers, and OEM/ODM partners—playing a critical role in shaping our success across Europe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand the market – gain deep insights into trends, competitors, and customer needs across Europe.
  • Build strategic relationships – maintain and grow long-term partnerships with wholesalers, installers, and OEM/ODM partners.
  • Develop new business – identify, approach, and close high-potential opportunities that strengthen our European footprint.
  • Lead negotiations – manage commercial discussions and secure impactful, mutually beneficial contracts.
  • Drive sustainable growth – expand partnerships with leading European brands and position Siterwell as a trusted partner.
