As a Business Development Manager, you are a solution-oriented thinker, constantly seeking the connection between the real needs of our customers and Sioux’s services. Your knowledge of our customers and the market enables you to develop and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances. Driven by curiosity to develop your customers, Sioux, and yourself, you actively maintain your own knowledge of technology and market developments, while also enjoying collaborating with top-level engineers. With your pro-active hands-on approach and high energy level you take responsibility, deliver quality, and “last but not least” enjoy the work and the results you achieve. With your proven commercial track record, you build and maintain relationships, have a good understanding of cultural aspects of the international sales field and of course realize winning proposals for new and existing customers. We want to expand our broad international customer base, and your international and commercial experience helps us to achieve our goals.

  • Your sales skills enable you to find, meet and win new customers for Sioux which fit perfectly with our growth ambitions.
  • You conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in line with our corporate strategy. Based on our propositions and competences you will independently find your way to ’new business’.
  • With those inputs, you create and maintain a long-term plan for strategic growth.
  • You develop strategic partnerships and alliances for future growth.
  • Ability to inspire and coach other members of our sales team.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch.
