KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the IT or software industry.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance tracking and optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and spoken).
  • Hands-on mindset, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Our passionate marketing team is looking for an International Campaign Manager (m/f/d) to drive demand generation across European markets. In this role, you will design and execute innovative campaigns, ensuring our brand reaches the right audience while collaborating closely with Sales and Product teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive market expansion across all European locations through targeted demand generation.
  • Plan and execute innovative on- and offline campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create compelling content for various channels and adapt messaging to different audiences.
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle, from concept to execution and performance analysis.
  • Analyze campaign data, measure success, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align initiatives and drive results.
