Job Description The opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi We are seeking an International Campaign Specialist to join our agile and digitally focused International Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to directly contribute to the University's success by driving international student applications and enrolments. This role sits within the International Office, a division of the Strategic Engagement portfolio. The International Office is at the forefront of the University's global presence, leading on international student recruitment, partnerships, and reputation-building activities. You will work closely with our wider team, including the Performance and Content Specialists, on day-to-day tasks. This role will contribute to the success of raising awareness and driving engagement, which will lead to increased international applications and enrolments at the University. This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), fixed-term position, expected to run for 9 to 12 months. The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $75,000, negotiable depending on skills and experience. Your core responsibilities will include: Campaign Management support: Supporting the implementation of digital campaigns and marketing activities, ensuring they run smoothly and meet deadlines. Data-Driven Decisions: Using data from platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Google Analytics to provide strategic recommendations on ad creative, targeting, and optimisation. A/B Testing: Developing and implementing new A/B testing strategies to continually improve our international marketing efforts and contribute to our marketing playbook. Collaboration: Working closely with our wider team to enhance our digital presence and performance. You know how to collaborate with those around you while still being able to set aside time for high-focus, detailed activities. We are seeking | E rapua ana mātou Qualifications: A qualification in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Advertising, or Creative Arts, or equivalent professional experience. Experience: Around 2-3 years of experience in a performance marketing role, ideally from a digital marketing or advertising agency. Skills: A strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
