Working alongside our teams in the UK, New Zealand, and Ireland, you'll become the trusted point of contact for healthcare professionals as they navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives—relocating to Australia. You will work together with our offshore team to support Healthcare Professionals from their first introduction through to their first day of work, you'll help ensure every candidate feels supported, informed and excited about their new adventure. If you've travelled overseas, lived abroad, or understand what it's like to relocate to a new country, you'll appreciate just how valuable this role is. What you'll be doing You'll be the connection between our International Recruitment Teams and our Australian Recruitment Consultants, ensuring talented healthcare professionals are matched with exciting opportunities across Australia. Your day might include: Supporting international healthcare professionals throughout their relocation journey Building strong relationships through phone, email and social media Coordinating candidate handovers between our overseas and Australian recruitment teams Organising orientation interviews with our local offices Promoting HCA's relocation incentives and opportunities Working closely with consultants across Nursing, Allied Health and, Doctors Monitoring candidate progress and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience Identifying smarter ways of working and improving candidate engagement No two days are the same—and that's exactly what makes this role exciting.
