Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Sales Operations, you’ll support our International Commercial Sales team to drive operational outcomes, track and stabilise projects, remove roadblocks, and execute against priority business needs. This role requires a combination of operations, process optimisation, and execution skills.
This role requires strong organisational capabilities. You will support critical business operations and provide data-driven insights that help sales leadership make strategic decisions. You will help enable the team to be as impactful and efficient as possible. This role encompasses managing daily operational tasks, analysing metrics, and identifying opportunities to support sales leadership.
Communication is one of your greatest strengths and you excel at constructing order out of ambiguity — this will be crucial for the team. Your attention to detail and ability to synthesise complex information will be essential. You will need to capture and distribute clear, actionable tasks that serve as records of decisions and commitments, ensuring accountability across the organisation.
You will also be responsible for owning the International Commercial Salesforce entity. You will drive Commercial Sales projects forward and own operational outcomes.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES



    • Manage daily tactical operations, create comprehensive business reports, monitor and track key business metrics.

    • Use Palantir platforms internally to drive daily operations.
    • Operational support, act as the boots on the ground support when issues arise, helping troubleshoot while also implementing creative solutions and building adaptable processes.
    • Craft and implement standard processes to reduce bottlenecks and optimally utilise resources.
    • Strategic support by partnering with Commercial Sales stakeholders to spot gaps in process, own initiatives, and deliver results on-time, on-budget, and at a high-quality bar.
    • Prioritise and understand operational risks, implementing a variety of tools and services when possible.
    • Leverage the collective knowledge of the team – learn and develop expertise to cover a critical gap or bolster important efforts and projects, internalise feedback, and invest in your own personal growth.
