THE ROLE
As Sales Operations, you’ll support our International Commercial Sales team to drive operational outcomes, track and stabilise projects, remove roadblocks, and execute against priority business needs. This role requires a combination of operations, process optimisation, and execution skills.
This role requires strong organisational capabilities. You will support critical business operations and provide data-driven insights that help sales leadership make strategic decisions. You will help enable the team to be as impactful and efficient as possible. This role encompasses managing daily operational tasks, analysing metrics, and identifying opportunities to support sales leadership.
Communication is one of your greatest strengths and you excel at constructing order out of ambiguity — this will be crucial for the team. Your attention to detail and ability to synthesise complex information will be essential. You will need to capture and distribute clear, actionable tasks that serve as records of decisions and commitments, ensuring accountability across the organisation.
You will also be responsible for owning the International Commercial Salesforce entity. You will drive Commercial Sales projects forward and own operational outcomes.
