Description:
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
- A university degree in pharmaceuticals field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales and business development in the pharmaceutical field.
- Proven track record of successfully expanding businesses internationally.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of global markets and industry trends.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:
- Establish distribution networks for products and services.
- Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
- Assist in product development.
- Direct and evaluate the marketing strategies to extend the company’s international presence.
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities to foster revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key international partners and stakeholders.
- Oversee the management of international projects and contracts.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and business opportunities.
- Work with the marketing and sales teams to promote the company’s products or services globally.
- Coordinate with finance and legal departments to manage contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and risk assessments.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the business development team, ensuring they meet their targets and objectives.
- Regularly review and analyze the company’s international performance against targets, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Stay updated with international laws and regulations that may affect the company’s operations.
