Project Context and Scope As part of the Office of Ethics and PSEAH (OEP), the PSEAH Unit leads IOM’s work to combat sexual exploitation and abuse and sexual harassment in coordination with offices and missions across IOM and counterparts throughout the UN, IASC, and humanitarian community. The PSEAH Unit’s strategy focuses on strengthening leadership and organizational culture; institutional accountability and transparency; training and outreach; victim assistance; and partnership and coordination. Organizational Department / Unit to which the Consultant is contributing Under the direct supervision of the Chief of Mission and technical support from the PSEAH Unit at the Regional and Global Office, the incumbent will hold the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities
The consultant will contribute to the PSEAH Unit's efforts to combat sexual exploitation and abuse and sexual harassment. Responsibilities include strengthening leadership, organizational culture, and institutional accountability.
