European-based professional services firm seeks high performing International Controller to work closely with local executives and Global CFO to manage all accounting and finance activities for North American and Latin American operations. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of accounting and tax experience with exposure to professional services, project accounting, and/or international multi-entity accounting processes. CPA and/or graduate degree in tax or accounting is preferred, but not required. Successful candidates will have the ability to both lead a small accounting department and work closely with the executive team in all areas including annual CPA domestic and international tax compliance, finance presentations and project cost accounting. Our client is focused on finding a “hands on” accounting and finance professional with a blend of controllership, finance and international experience. Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish are of particular interest.
Compensation will be dependent upon degree of fit and experience, but salary is expected to be in the $140k - $180k range, plus strong bonus plan and excellent benefits. Relocation assistance may be available for out of market candidates.
