We currently have an immediate need for a Full-Time position for International Coordinator - Import/ Export

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE A SOLID EXPERIENCE IN 3PL ENVIRONMENT;

• Coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading and billing.
• Review all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy and perform data input to open file
• Ensure all client special instructions are followed
• Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work
• Maintain effective relationship with clients and answer general inquiries regarding shipment status
• Tracking status with truckers & ocean and air carriers and keeping clients/agents advised of status on daily base.
• Communicates clearly, timely and effectively with overseas offices, agents, customs brokers, customers and domestic vendors.
• Knowledge of Canada Customs, CARM, CERS and EManifest regulations.
• Responsible to work with Sales, Operations and Manager to assist in the preparation of SOP’s for all clients handled by the coordinator.
• Follow up on client’s reports
• Perform billing function including preparing client invoice and all required support documents
• Maintain customer profiles

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years related experience;
• Experience handling Ocean and Air shipments and asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
• Proven experience in freight brokerage sales, with a desire to grow professional
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Team Player
• Strong computer skills

Pay: $58,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
