Location: Gurgaon About the role: In Creator & Community Growth Associate , you will play a key role in building and scaling Luna’s global creator and community ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of creators, community, product marketing, and growth, and requires someone who understands how to work with creators not just as influencers, but as long-term partners and advocates. You will help shape Luna’s presence across global creator networks while ensuring alignment with our science-first health narrative. Responsibilities: Join us to support our global creator and community ecosystem. You’ll: Work with creators across YouTube, Instagram & wellness communities Build and scale Luna’s Global Creator Network — identify, onboard, and manage creators across health, fitness, tech, and lifestyle segments in the US, EU, Middle East, and Asia Help with content collabs, product reviews & affiliate programs Engage with user groups (Slack, Reddit, Discord) and gather feedback Assist in virtual events, AMAs & meetups Manage ongoing relationships, campaigns, and performance dashboards for creator and affiliate accounts. Design reward structures, performance metrics, and engagement loops for long-term affiliate success. Collaborate with Product Marketing and Growth to design co-branded content and UGC strategies that align with Luna’s science-first narrative. Requirements: Bachelors/Masters from reputed colleges. Passionate about Fitness and health is strongly preferred. International Exposure is highly desirable either through education or work. 3+ years of experience in community management, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or wellness networks. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills for engaging creators, users, and journalists. Responsibilities
