We’re seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) International Customer Service Representative to support global customers, manage export documentation, and coordinate international logistics from our Lima, OH facility. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary contact for international customers via phone and email * Manage customer orders from entry through shipment * Prepare export documentation (Bills of Lading, invoices, certificates, etc.) * Ensure compliance with USDA and international export regulations * Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouses * Track shipments and resolve logistics issues * Partner with Sales, Accounting, and Plant Operations to align customer needs * Support product samples and special requests * Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience Qualifications Education & Experience * Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred * 2–4 years of customer service, logistics, or export experience preferred * Experience in international shipping or food manufacturing is a plus Language Skills * Fluent in Spanish and English (required) Skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred) Work Environment & Schedule * Combination of office and plant environment * Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs * Exposure to plant conditions including noise * Flexibility to support international shipping schedules * Occasional domestic and international travel Our Commitment to Safety & Quality All employees are expected to follow SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards and company safety policies, including maintaining clean work areas, completing required training, and adhering to all safety protocols.
