Description
About CDM Barcelona: As part of one of the world’s most prestigious healthcare advertising agencies, CDM Barcelona brings people, brands, ideas and innovation together to change real lives in extraordinary ways. Our core values allow us to work with clients in a way that changes their perception of what an agency can and should be. We lift each other up, challenge each other, demand from each other and encourage each other because we are responsible for each other. We work tirelessly to protect what we’ve built because it allows us to be who we are: dreamers, builders, pioneers, friends, lifechangers. We belong to Omnicom Health, the largest healthcare marketing and communications network in the world, with more than a dozen companies and over 4,000 talented people specializing in every area of health. Our people come from every corner of science, medicine, marketing, and communications, partnering with clients—and connecting with each other— to achieve meaningful change through better, more innovative communications. About the role You’ll lead and support multi-market creative teams to deliver high-quality, digital-first design for global clients. With sharp organization and a refined eye, you’ll ensure every project meets advanced brand and UX/UI standards—on time and on brief. Key Responsibilities Orchestrate end-to-end design workflows across web, product, email and social; set priorities and hit deadlines. Translate complex brandbooks into scalable digital design systems (tokens, components) and maintain Figma libraries. Elevate UX/UI quality: flows, wireframes, responsive layouts; ensure accessibility (WCAG) and usability best practices. Drive prototyping and quick iteration (Figma prototypes, light user checks) using data/insights to inform decisions. Present and defend work to senior, international clients; run workshops and turn feedback into clear next steps. Partner with strategy, product and engineering for pixel-perfect handoff (Dev Mode/Zeplin specs) and QA. Coach designers through reviews and critiques, fostering a collaborative, growth-minded team culture. About you Organized, detail-obsessed and calm under pressure. A natural team coordinator who enjoys turning complexity into clear, elegant digital solutions. Skills & Experience Proven international experience leading digital design initiatives. Fluent English (written and spoken). Expert in Figma (Auto-layout, variants, libraries/tokens) and Adobe Creative Cloud. Strong UX/UI craft: interaction patterns, responsive design, accessibility. Comfortable with front-end basics (HTML/CSS concepts, breakpoints) and agile tools (Jira/Asana/Notion). Able to read signals from analytics/heatmaps and A/B tests to guide design iteration. Confident presenter and storyteller with C-level stakeholders. Team and project coordination experience under tight, multi-timezone deadlines. Healthcare/regulated industry experience is a plus. Omnicom Health is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent. We agree that talent is uniquely distributed, and we’re focused on developing inclusive teams that can bring the best solutions to everything we do. We strongly believe that celebrating what makes us different makes us better together. Join us—we look forward to getting to know you.
