QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Education Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7-10+ years’ experience in international business development, preferably within the education sector or school operations.
  • Strong understanding of international education markets, regulations, and trends, notably in the Middle East and/or Egypt.
  • Demonstrated success in expanding businesses internationally or managing multi-site projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages such as, Arabic, French are a plus).

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute international growth strategies aligned with the holding group’s vision and business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new territories for expansion (greenfield, brownfield, acquisition opportunities).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local education authorities, investors, school operators, and government bodies.
  • Lead the negotiation and due diligence process for new school acquisitions, joint ventures, and franchise opportunities.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, academic, and operations teams to ensure seamless setup and compliance in new markets.
  • Manage international projects from concept to launch, including feasibility studies, business planning, and implementation timelines.
  • Represent the organization at international education conferences, exhibitions, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Report regularly to executive leadership with updates on pipeline development, market risks, and strategic recommendations.
