Job Description Job Summary: As an international direct sales, you need to work closely with field sales in different countries to capture and realize business opportunities, collaborate smoothly with domestic teams such as PM, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service and etc. to fulfill the commitment of deliveries to customers. Key Responsibilities: Meet and exceed international sales quotas by actively engaging prospective and existing customers through email, phone, and virtual channels. Work closely with local sales teams in customer countries to ensure aligned sales efforts and effective support for shared customers. Prepare price quotes, terms, account creation and delivery schedules based on product knowledge, company forecasts, and inventory. Collaborate with customer service, operations, PM and supply chain teams to coordinate sales activities and ensure efficient order fulfillment. Provide prompt, proactive customer support, addressing concerns and maintaining strong customer relationships. Work closely with the local sales team to keep customers informed about available services, pricing, and upgraded products to enhance engagement and satisfaction within the assigned territory. Conduct customer needs assessments, contribute to territory planning, and support territory reviews to drive sales strategies. Monitor competitive activity and market trends to support strategic positioning. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor Degree or above Knowledge of international trade, products and applications relevant to international markets. Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills in English Demonstrated ability to work effectively with sales representatives across different countries, showing cultural awareness and adaptability. Highly proactive and responsive in addressing customer needs and coordinating with international sales teams. Customer centric, team-oriented and result-driven.
