Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is a brand-new role focussed on our international business, that blends fast-growth commercial performance, brand sensitivity and a rapid test & learn approach.
You’ll drive the expansion and optimisation of our Shopify-powered e-commerce experiences across key international markets — building journeys that feel intuitive, enriching, and distinctly Ancient + Brave.
From strategic trading to customer experience, you’ll partner across functions taking the best of what we’ve learned from scaling the UK business to drive international sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer and working in close collaboration with the Head of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for the following:
+ Manage the optimisation of international Shopify storefronts — ensuring each market (currently US, Germany, Spain) is localised and brand-aligned.
+ Translate global strategy into market-specific action across pricing, content, merchandising, and promotions.
+ Collaborate with digital marketing, operations, CX (Customer Experience), and brand teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
+ Drive international subscription growth and retention — evolving how our rituals fit into people’s daily lives.
+ Monitor and report on key KPIs (key performance indicators) including AOV(Average Order Value), CVR (Conversion Rate), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV(Lifetime Value), using insights to fuel intelligent growth.
+ Collaborate on customer journey development, feeding into global CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) activities that drive performance gains across all sales and marketing channels.
+ Stay ahead of regional regulations, tax, and logistics nuances to ensure operational excellence globally.
