Description

USING YOUR SKILLS, YOU WILL BE:

  • Managing a portfolio of international clients
  • Providing administrative and operational support
  • Taking ownership of all aspects of client service delivery
  • Partnering with Consultants to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Acting as a key point of contact to maintain strong client relationships
  • Understanding client aims, objectives, and regulatory requirements (IDD) to ensure suitable, country-specific recommendations
  • Responding promptly to client enquiries in line with agreed service levels
  • Managing client and broker relationships effectively, working closely with local brokers on renewals and benefit plan administration
  • Supporting and attending client meetings and conference calls, both independently and alongside Consultants
