As an International Engagement Partner, you will oversee large projects/relationships while developing and organizing an advanced and driven team. In this role, you will focus on structuring work/analytics, resolving conflicts, collaborating with Senior Executives and serving as an expert/contributor role to improve and enhance internal CCIEM effectiveness. Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead projects or relationships, including facilitating meetings, creating/delivering presentations, problem-solving, setting and driving goals/timelines, designing/conducting analytics and developing implementation plans.
  • Manage teams in execution of projects/management of relationships, including CCIEM members and caregivers/executives outside the CCIEM (and potentially outside CC).
  • Participate in the development of CCIEM toolkit/perspective on area of expertise, including conceptual framework, standardized analytics, standardized processes, tools/templates and training.
  • Build relationships with senior executives on projects/relationships and work with those leaders to facilitate decisions.
  • Lead major CCIEM projects to set the CCIEM agenda, improve team effectiveness/engagement, improve people processes, skill-build, etc
