What you’ll be doing: Participating in a 12-week Engineering Internship, through real-world assignments working on exciting and varied projects in an engineering capability Using data, technology and AI to improve processes Working under the guidance of an experienced engineer while also receiving coaching and support from mentors in the US and UK Developing valuable, transferable skills through varied daily tasks and support from experienced professionals across the organization Who we’re looking for: Candidates who demonstrate strong interpersonal, curiosity, problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills Agility and open mindedness in your approach to work and career development Ability to take initiative and be self-directed Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong verbal and written skills Understanding how to interpret data and apply it to a decision or next action step as needed Our behaviors drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
