Job Purpose: Ensure the successful implementation of the required solutions as a response to the International Expansion plans in his respective IT area: Infrastructure, Network, Security, Application, etc. Act as the focal point for his respective IT area and ensure adherence to CIB strategy, IT guidelines and industry best practices for all activities related to this area. Reports the progress of the area to the Head of International Expansion using the established measurement and reporting framework. Supports in maintaining full mitigation of operational risks by reducing the probability of failures in expansion related projects, and incorporates elements of cost effectiveness and value in his respective IT area. Job Description: International Expansion 1.Perform CIB IT activities that are related to International Expansion of the bank in his respective IT Area. 2.Work with the CIB Architecture team in analysing the expansion requirements to determine corresponding IT requirements in his area. 3.Supports in managing risks by reducing the probability of failures in expansions projects, and incorporate elements of cost effectiveness and value, to ensure effective alignment between business vision and information technology in his respective area. 4.Communicate internally and externally with the different teams to achieve and complete the required tasks and jobs 5.Perform the required analysis and communicate with all of the teams as Architecture, Application and Infrastructure to assure the alignment between the different teams’ members 6.Hold the required documentation related to the required tasks and elaborate all of the activities being managed within his domain 7.Reach to internal and external vendors to gain the required information and market intelligence knowledge about his domain 8.Elaborate the required ownership and responsibility about his domain area with full commitment regarding time frames and deliverables quality 9.Highlight all of the risks and issues related to his domain and assure closure and mitigation of the highlighted items 10.Coordinate implementation and modification activities with other International Expansion Team Leads 11.Provide regular updates to the Head of International Expansion about the progress of his area activities Day-to-day Operations 12.Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the International Expansion department to ensure continuity of work. Policies, Processes and Procedures 13.Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Compliance 14.Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks Qualifications & Experience: Qualifications & Experience · Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field · Post-graduate degree is a plus · A total years of experience of 15+ years with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Roadmap development and Delivery Management. · Multi-disciplinary application of wide knowledge spanning business, data, and technology. · Strong knowledge of governance and delivery management frameworks and process improvement techniques. · Proven experience in IT Solution Design and Project Portfolio Management is a must · Experience with multi-national and virtual working environment is a plus.
