Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

The International Export Coordinator in Dermalogica International Department plays a proactive role, responsible for New Product launches and Promotions, provide customer support, and be the point-person for our customers to interact with on their operational needs.
The customer is our International Distributors and Agent Markets and you will be working as an extension of the European Operations Team based in Germany and the Los Angeles headquartered Planning Team.

THE TASKS:

Liaise with cross-functional teams in the US International, Global Planning, EU Operations, and EU Finance to ensure alignment and seamless execution of tasks. This includes but is not limited to the followings:

  • Manage and complete innovation and promotion forecasting process.
  • Obtain pricing relating to innovation and Promotion SKUs from US International and communicate agreed pricing details to distributors.
  • Using stock allocation set by EU Operations Manager, make decisions on how to allocate to specific customers in collaboration with Regional Sales Leads.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports evaluating the performance of launches, promotions and other initiatives using metrics and analytics tools.
  • Manage and make decisions on troubleshooting issues or customer complaints by set company policy prior to escalating to management for assistance in resolving their problems.
  • Understand the Distributor’s needs for new product registration and required manufacturing information (e.g. production date) within their market and follow up with the relevant internal team members to deliver the information in a timely manner.
  • Provide information needed for Extended Product Responsibility (EPR) compliance in necessary markets (Germany, Poland, and Czech).
  • Managing projects that improve operational performance.
  • Regular meetings with US and Europe Supply Chain teams and Planning teams.
