We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented International Freight Fowarder Operator (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Coordinate the implementation of new ocean freight lanes from Belgium, ensuring smooth operational setup and customer satisfaction.
Draft, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored to specific customer and lane requirements.
Manage first-level escalations and deviations, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, providing updates and proactive solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and contract managers, to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for process improvement.
Participate in and support day-to-day operational tasks as required to ensure seamless execution.
