HELLENIC CABLES S.A. We are looking for a globally minded International HR Generalist to act as the primary liaison between our headquarters in Greece and our new manufacturing facility in the United States. This role will be based in Athens and will involve regular travel to the US site to ensure alignment, collaboration, and continuity across HR operations. In addition to supporting the US factory, they will also contribute to HR initiatives in Greece when needed, ensuring consistency and agility across both regions. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the HR interface between the Greek HQ and the US factory, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of HR practices. Partner closely with the US-based HR Senior Manager to support local HR initiatives and ensure consistency with global policies. Lead cross-border HR projects including onboarding, talent development, and employee engagement. Provide guidance on international mobility, compliance, and cultural integration. Support workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management across both locations. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR strategy, organizational design, and change management. Support HR operations in Greece when needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in a multinational or matrixed environment. Strong understanding of both Greek and US labor laws and HR practices. Proven ability to manage cross-cultural relationships and remote collaboration. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus. Willingness and ability to travel to the US.
