RCI Insurance Ltd and RCI Life Ltd aim to provide insurance solutions to customers of Mobilize Financial Services’s within automobile financing business and are authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority to conduct the business of insurance. The two companies offers a comprehensive range of financing and related services for car customers of Renault Group. Backed by an international network, the company has established itself in Malta to deliver and service a portfolio of protection insurance products in a number of European Countries. In order to steering and executing the insurance strategic plan, the Company is seeking a ‘Chief Transformation & Partnerships’ in International Insurance who will report functionally to the RCI Malta Managing Director and MFS Head of Insurance. 🔍 Your responsibilities 1. Strategic Transformation Drive the Insurance Transformation & Development roadmap Structure and lead the product diversification plan Ensure a clear understanding of the “Next Gen Insurance” plan (expectations, constraints and guidelines), its adoption by countries and its deployment within RCI Malta Lead and coordinate the insurance project portfolio and selected key transformative initiatives (from preliminary study to setup) 2. Project Management Define project management principles, policies, governance, KPIs and controls Manage the insurance strategic plan and the portfolio of insurance projects Lead the Insurance Project Portfolio Steering Committee 3. International Coordination Ensure coordination of the strategic plan between the Insurance Department, RCI Malta and countries (Europe and International) Secure country‑level adoption of the strategic plan and its integration into local roadmaps Develop synergies across countries, harmonize practices and disseminate best practices Foster an innovation mindset (new channels: telesales, CRM, digital platforms, QR codes, etc.) 4. Performance Management Define business cases, frame product ambitions and oversee country deployment Monitor performance through KPIs, dashboards and governance routines Identify and drive corrective action plans Work closely with technical, legal and commercial teams to ensure compliance, profitability and business relevance Secure trade‑offs and facilitate decision‑making 🎓 Your profile: Minimum 15 years of experience in Insurance, as business leader and large‑scale program management Strong expertise in Insurance and Services businesses within an OEM environment, including complex inter‑BU and captive financing organizations Proven expertise in margin management within insurance businesses (notably credit insurance and automotive services in an OEM context) Strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities and ability to operate in complex, interdependent environments Ability to explain, influence and mobilize senior stakeholders Experience managing cross‑functional and international teams High level of autonomy; ability to design tools and dashboards Excellent written and presentation skills Fluent in English Strong proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools (Spotfire, Power BI or Tableau) Rigorous, structured, curious and analytical mindset Willingness to travel within Europe 🤝 Why join us?
