WHAT DO YOU BRING
Bachelor or University degree;
5+ years’ experience in Sales and Key account management in a Food or FMCG industry preferable accounts;
Experience in managing large Key accounts;
Premium brand experience at head office level;
Excellent English and German skills are a must in speaking and in writing;
Able to work independent
Excellent negotiation skills;
Willing to travel 60%-70%

Build and maintain strong customer relationships at multiple levels with the assigned national and international key accounts, in line with LW’s long term strategy and in collaboration with other key stakeholders within LW;
Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of the designated key accounts, their people and their business & strategies on a continuous basis by integrating into the key account organization at multiple levels, together with other LW key stakeholders;
Prepare and contribute to annual budget and AOP for designated key accounts;
Initiate actions / promotions to promote Lamb Weston products with designated key accounts in line with strategic account and AOP plans, thus creating and maximizing sales opportunities;
Lead the implementation of the Category Management Plans for selective key accounts with marketing;
Monitor correct and timely contract execution, both internally as well as externally, in order to comply with the customer’s and LW’s requirements. Take corrective action if and where appropriate;
Follow trends and developments in the market (including competition) and in customer and consumer behaviour in order to benchmark against LW’s product offerings and monitor alignment with market and customer needs;
Ensure delivery of a reliable long term & short term forecast in order to maintain assured supply as well as meet LW’s requirements in this area. Monitor and take action if and where appropriate;
Prepare and negotiate contracts regarding product, price, terms of payment and other conditions of sale, in line with company policies and requirements;
Follow trends and developments in the market (including competition) and in customer and consumer behaviour in order to benchmark against LW’s product offerings and monitor alignment with market and customer needs;
Translate customer needs into opportunities and targets for LW;
Attend and contribute at National and International exhibitions
