REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in sales and/or economics or architecture and design;
  • +5 years of experience in a B2B sales organization and market fields such as Luxury and Design;
  • Outstanding sales approach and strong negotiation skills;
  • Able to build solid and long-lasting business and professional relationships (internal and external);
  • Fluent in English;
  • Willingness to travel.
    Location: Milan or Cervi
Responsibilities
  • Drive international business development and sales growth within the target market segment, with a strategic focus on global expansion;
  • Oversee profitability and cash flow management to ensure financial sustainability and optimal resource allocation;
  • Structure and execute commercial initiatives in alignment with Key Account Planning methodologies to maximize client value;
  • Establish and nurture high-level commercial partnerships with architects, interior designers, hospitality groups, and real estate developers;
  • Lead sales pipeline management and deliver accurate quarterly forecasting to support data-driven decision-making;
  • Maintain and optimize CRM data to ensure consistent and effective client relationship management.
