Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

Aesop are seeking a meticulous and results-driven International Logistics Coordinator (Customer Care Coordinator) in a full-time role operating with a hybrid working pattern, based at our global head office in Collingwood.
Reporting to the Senior Customer Care Coordinator - Outbound, you will be responsible for processing orders and managing requirements of our Customer Care network.
You will oversee the day-to-day relationship with our regional S&OP and Logistics teams, freight forwarders and 3PL partners. Working very closely with the S&OP team global and in the market to proactively plan and execute all outbound orders to your allocated markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (NOT LIMITED TO)

  • To ensure all export orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and according to individual trading terms
  • To pro-actively ensure accuracy of ordering process, as correct batch management on products shipped to each region and country, in respect of high growth in complexity to meet subsidiaries’ compliance regulations
  • Create shipping documents for export orders: invoices; packing lists and shipper’s letter of instruction (SLI) for completed orders.
  • Ensure out of stock items are identified and communicated with stakeholders
  • Ensure that all subsidiary pricing is accurate in accounting system.
  • Ensure all DO’s (Delivery Orders) are pick/packed and dispatched in the required month
  • Ensure all SOMR (modification request) are processed in timely manner
  • Ensure DO follow-up is shared with markets in timely manner
  • To manage communications relating to export and delivery dates, ensuring that relevant stakeholders in markets are advised of any delays.
