Your mission:

• You will coordinate our international transports and work closely with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• You will manage our foreign warehouses, particularly in France and Great Britain, and coordinate goods movements, stock levels and delivery dates.
• You will be the contact person for our international customers and key accounts regarding logistical issues.
• You monitor ongoing shipments and find suitable solutions in case of deviations, complaints or delivery problems.
• You will provide support with customs, import and export issues and coordinate, among other things, container provision.
• You check transport-related invoices and costs.
• You contribute your experience and help us further develop our international logistics processes.

Your Winning Profile:

• You have completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification.
• You have experience in international transport or logistics.
• You communicate very well in German and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Experience with France, Great Britain, and customs/import/export is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and you maintain an overview even with complex topics.
• You are communicative and enjoy working with customers, freight forwarders, warehouse service providers and internal interfaces.
• You are eager to take on responsibility and actively help shape new international structures.
