JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated International Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the shipping and receiving processes, and assisting the Shipping and Logistics Team in the day-to-day operations of the department. Opportunities for growth into a Lead position are available.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Motivated to provide an excellent level of service and quality to our global customer base.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• 3+ years of shipping domestic and international packages
• 3+ years of UPS, FedEx and DHL systems is required.
• 2+ years of international shipping and document creation experience is required.
• Experience shipping Lithium Batteries is a plus
• 3+ years of using an ERP is preferred (SAP is a plus).
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be flexible, organized and can multi-task.
• Must take and pass forklift certification class.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have personal transportation, driver’s license and clean driving record.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
• Requires extended periods of standing, walking, sitting, and heavy lifting.
• Normal or corrected vision and hearing to normal range.

• Prepare shipments by picking, packing, protecting, and labelling finished product.
• Verify items and prepare the final checklist paperwork.
• Ship completed sales orders, repairs and rentals both domestically and internationally.
• Use ERP software to enter shipment information and create packing list and export documentation
• Maintain good warehousing standards, knowledge of material flow and part number integrity
• Follow safety rules and regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• May travel between 2 PDI facilities (both in Solon) as needed.
