The International Logistics Team sits in our Business Operations division. Following an international expansion, the team is rapidly growing to accommodate the growth of our global business. They are responsible for all movement of goods to facilitate our international customer's needs, including all Softcat exports from the UK.

As an International Logistics Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Coordinate international shipments, ensuring orders are delivered on time and in line with shipping requirements.
• Support customs and compliance processes by gathering documentation and working with carriers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Monitor orders through to delivery and help resolve shipping or logistics-related issues.
• Act as a point of contact for internal teams, providing updates on shipments and order status.
• Work with sales, procurement, finance, and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, tracking information, and customer documentation.
• Support the wider ILAC team with day-to-day operational activities and customer requests.

• We're looking for someone who's eager to learn, proactive, and ready to grow within a fast-paced international environment. This is a junior position, so full training will be provided — but a strong interest in logistics, global trade, or operations will help you thrive.
