The role drives operational excellence through KPI tracking, issue escalation, stakeholder coordination across importing zones, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting standardized processes and tools across the International Materials network. What will you be doing: Translate business objectives into actionable plans by breaking projects into tasks, timelines, and deliverables aligned with stakeholder schedules. Monitor and drive operational execution by maintaining visibility of progress, tracking milestones, and proactively identifying risks or delays. Establish and run tracking routines, maintain accurate trackers, and regularly report on service levels, KPIs, and overall performance. Manage vessel transport activities, including booking requests, follow-ups, and ensuring all transport arrangements meet importer deadlines. Coordinate day-to-day logistics issues, ad hoc requests, and escalations, while acting as backup for the Team Lead when required. Collaborate closely with internal teams, importing zones/countries, global teams, and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution and performance transparency. Maintain and update procedures, manuals, and performance feedback related to carriers and loading/unloading locations to support continuous improvement. What you will bring: Fluency in Spanish and English is a must 1–2 years of experience in an FMCG, logistics, or operational environment; comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Strong analytical and technical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Power Query/Power BI a plus). Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a strong service mindset and solid business acumen. Agile, solution-focused approach with the ability to adapt quickly and prioritize effectively. Ability to work independently while coordinating tasks and workload within a team. Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of driving actions and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across geographies using virtual tools.
