Job Description Your responsibilities: Own digital marketing analytics for InPost's international markets, supporting paid media and web analytics performance. Analyze performance marketing data using advanced SQL and Python to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Act as a consulting partner to markets: proactively interpret data, challenge assumptions, and recommend campaign optimizations. Translate high-level business questions into deep-dive analyses that go beyond basic reporting. Define KPIs, methodologies, and analytical standards for a newly created international digital analytics function. Ensure strong data quality and consistency across digital data sources. Qualifications Proven experience in digital / performance marketing analytics (paid media, web analytics, campaign measurement). 4+ years of experience in data analysis with strong hands-on skills in SQL and Python. Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g. BigQuery, Databricks, Azure, AWS). Knowledge of cookie consent and privacy frameworks. Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, GA4). Experience working in an international, multi-market environment. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and consult stakeholders. Very good English and Polish communication skills (written and spoken). Nice to have: Familiarity with automated Power BI dashboards and reporting. Experience with Adjust. Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager. Familiarity with server-side tracking. Experience with heatmap and behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity).
