Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role’s primary focus is to manage the implementation of the company’s marketing initiatives for the International arm of the G Touring Brands, driving sales and brand awareness in new markets and supporting the implementation of the international trade & consumer marketing strategy.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Partner up with the National Account Managers in the Trade Sales Department, and the online team to fulfil all requirements for international promotions, incentives, point of sale and all communications.
  • Manage the co-ordination and production of all international trade and customer-facing collateral.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to respond to the commercial needs of the business, both strategically planned ahead and short-term tactical activities.
  • Understand the differing customer needs in the various markets
  • Brief and produce creative concepts and sign-off on bespoke initiatives, ensuring artwork is supplied on time and correct to the campaign project.
  • Evaluate the Marketing requests from the National Account Managers. Approve the joint marketing opportunities and fulfil the request by delivering appropriate artwork/collateral to travel agents.
  • Create social posts for social accounts
  • Create all international email content and distribute it to the international database to deliver key messages.
  • Manage local international marketing plans within budget, tracking/monitoring expenditures versus budget.
  • Work with external agencies as and when required.
  • Work collaboratively with the Digital Team to merchandise the sites through regular refreshes of the homepage, features, and customer offers in line with commercial and brand objectives
  • Responsible for product load and content updates on international websites
  • Implement all assigned multi-channel marketing campaigns for the business brands to the agreed brief and budget.
  • Ensure that all marketing creative has the brand tone of voice and are within brand guidelines.
  • Track expenditure against budget fr each marketing campaign and report the effectiveness of each marketing campaign to the Executive Team.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Be customer-focused
  • Have experience in implementing B2B and B2C integrated marketing and brand campaigns and have a significant track record of delivering marketing strategies.
  • Have executed and managed online and offline campaigns
  • Be commercially savvy – and happy to analyse data from internal and external sources.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be able to keep calm under pressure with a high degree of flexibility to meet the demands in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Be passionate about multi-channel marketing and producing content across multiple sales channels.
  • Take ownership for the delivery of projects to time and quality.
  • Challenge the status quo and drive change and growth.
  • Ideally, have experience in the travel industry.
