  • Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience ideally in a global or regional role in CPG/FMCG industry
  • Highly collaborative and sensitive to cultural differences and consumer preferences across different regions
  • Creative to generate new ideas for branding, packaging, and campaigns that resonate with diverse global audiences
  • Strategic planning skills to develop and execute effective brand strategies
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English to effectively convey messages internally and externally
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, aligning them with overall business goals to enhance brand positioning
  • Analyze and define consumer unmet needs to inform future innovation activities
  • Collaborate with the innovation team, market research team and other cross functionals on project management and marketing mix development
  • Contribute to global advertising campaigns - from agency briefing over production preparation to TV spots and digital videos finalization
  • Co-create and supervise digital, social media and e-commerce communication of brands in collaboration with Digital Marketing Manager
  • Monitor brand performance metrics, evaluating the success of marketing efforts and identifying areas for improvement
  • Prepare presentations, innovation packages and documents for regular internal meetings and for customer center with external exposureCollaborate with Regional and Local teams to ensure consistency in brand representation across countries and all channels
